Order
Processing
All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of purchase.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. If your order is placed over a weekend or on a holiday, it will be processed on the next available business day.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update after shipment.

We currently ship within the United States. Domestic shipping options are available at checkout. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Track
Your Order
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. You can use this number to monitor your delivery directly through the carrier's website.
If you have not received a tracking email within 48 hours of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@nolipavor.com.
Lost or
Damaged
Orders
If your order arrives damaged or is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Noli Pavor is not liable for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. We recommend shipping to a secure address.
Returns &
Exchanges
We want you to love every Noli Pavor piece. If you are not fully satisfied, we accept returns on unworn, unwashed items in original condition within 14 days of delivery.
To initiate a return or exchange, please reach out to us at support@nolipavor.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
